Your Mission Briefing for an Unforgettable Weekend in the Field

Welcome, Agents.
Your assignment: Spring Family Camp—a top-secret, outdoor operation filled with high-adventure challenges, stealthy surprises, and covert Scouting excitement in the wilds of South Mississippi.

🕖 Check-In & Clearance Protocols

Check-In Begins: 0700 hours (7am)
Check-In Operations Commence: 0900 hours sharp (9am)

Upon arrival at Headquarters, you will:

  • Submit Health Forms for every operative on your team (adults, youth, siblings—no exceptions).

  • Receive your campsite coordinates.

  • Obtain your mission schedule.

  • Pick up lunch tickets if you pre-ordered a mission ration pack.

📄 Health Clearance Form: Click here to download the BSA Health Form.

No printer? No problem. Hard copies will be available at Check-In, or you can acquire some from the Scout Office before deployment.

💼 Intel Tip: Complete one for each team member, then scan and store them in your personal data archives for future missions. Filling them out at check-in reduces your mission time.

🎯 Operation Activities & Rotation Plan (The fun part)

Agents will rotate through mission stations in coordinated units with your pack and district. Each station offers new skills, challenges, and adventure scenarios.

🔥 Saturday Night Intelligence Gathering (Campfire)

Rally at the campfire Saturday night for a full briefing and entertainment exchange. Packs and dens are encouraged to perform skits, secret messages, or agent-style theatrics. Participation is optional—but agents love the spotlight. Begin crafting your act now.

Field Camp Details

You’ll establish base camp and rotate missions with your pack and district. Solo operative? No problem—you are fully cleared to join the mission.

Tent Rentals: Open-air platform tents equipped with 2 cots and tactical floor space.

Gear Transport: A supply trailer will assist with equipment drop-offs.
Agent Tip: A beach-style wagon is an excellent covert gear-transport vehicle. If all your essentials can’t fit in that wagon - you’re likely bringing way too much

Friday Night Early Arrival Camping: $1 per operative. Click here to pay. But please note - you are on your own. Ops don’t start until Saturday morning. Once registered and paid at the link, HQ will contact you during the week of the mission with your campsite coordinates.

🍴 Rations & Meals

Saturday Supper & Sunday Breakfast are provided to all operatives.

Saturday Lunch: Pre-purchased mission ration—hamburger, chips, cookie, bottled water. (Available for purchase on the next screen but is optional. You may bring your own lunch rations.) Pick-up location will be revealed during Check-In briefing. No extra lunch rations will be issued—agents without pre-orders must bring their own food supplies.

👕 What to Wear & Bring (Agent Loadout)

  • Sturdy walking shoes—prepare for miles of field operations.

  • Cub Scouts may wear any mission-ready attire during the day.

  • Class A uniforms are customary for evening meals.

  • Disguises are welcome and encouraged!

  • 💵 Bring cash for the Trading Post—fuel up on snacks, drinks, camp swag, and more.

🎉 Final Transmission

We can’t wait to deploy with you at Spring Family Camp. Whether you’re testing your marksmanship, performing a covert skit by the fire, or navigating the wilderness with your unit, this operation is all about adventure, teamwork, and unforgettable memories!

See you at the Tiak Mission Base.
